CE helps produce materials for children's ministries, church growth, doctrine, etc. They help organize different conferences and summits. Their youth conference Momentum is an annual conference for students all over. They also run Operation Barnabas a summer program for high school students designed to help encourage local churches and equip the students in evangelism, discipleship, public speaking and service.
